You have just spent a week with a friend on holiday. When you got home, you realize you had left your wallet there.
write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
• thank you friend for the holiday
• explain that you left your wallet in their house
• give them instructions on how to send it back to you
Dear Caleb,
Hope you doing well. After such a long journey, I just arrived back home. I am really thankful to you for arranging this trip for me. I have really enjoyed the your hospitality. You and your family were so kind. I am really happy that I got this chance to meet all of them.
Another reason behind writing this letter is that accidently I forgot my wallet at your home. When I reached home, I ordered some food from outside at time of delivery I just realized I don’t have my wallet. At first, I thought I lost it somewhere during the journey but then just recalled that I left it in your room while changing my clothes.
As my ID card and driving license is there in the wallet so I can’t even go out and drive. So I would really appreciate if you can send it to me on my home address you have. You can go to any nearest DHL service center and courier it to me, they have overnight delivery option as well. You can also select the payment option as payment on arrival.
With regards
Asad
