Dear Ms. Kamila,
After receiving your letter regarding the noise you hear from our flat, I was in deep sorrow especially learning that you were not slept well in last couple of nights.
Please accept my sincere apology. Upon investigation, I learnt that the noise was high because my children who are watching horror movie have put volume high for their interest in the nights while we were away for a couple of days.
Please note that this issue can certainly be avoided in the future. I warned my children and they are fully under control while we are here. To make it certain that it won't happen again, I guarantee you that all channels will be put off if we have to leave the house again.
Once again it is my sincere apologies and bear this time for the children who are advised and they too regret now after hearing your troubled time.
