Hello Mr. Watson,
This letter regards to my humble request to bear any potential disturbance you might have to suffer due to a party at my place next week.
Firstly, let me begin by introducing myself. I am your new neighbour Mrs Swati Malhotra who has just moved into your neighbourhood at padder street with my family last week. My husband and I are doctors by profession, who are completed by our daughter Sudha who is turning 5 soon.
As coming Thursday it is my daughter Sudha's birthday, we are planning for a small party with kids and their mothers which I also feel is an excellent opportunity to meet everyone and start to get acquainted with especially with the new neighborhood. This party would continue for a couple of hours in the evening with some DJ music in the background and lots of kids games. Furthermore, since a good number of 30 people are expected for this party, I am afraid it would get a little noisy.
Last but not the least, I would also want to seize this opportunity to cordially invite you and your kids for the above as it would be a pleasure to meet you all.
I really hope to see you soon and appreciate any patience on your side.
Thanks,
Swati Malhotra
