Write a letter to the company and in your letter
• introduce yourself
• explain the problem
• and state what action you would like from the company
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am this letter with regards to draw your attention about a faulty TV which I purchased last week.
My name is Sidra Mahboob and I am one of your frequent customer. I live in Sydney Olympic park and have been using your services and buying your products for the last 7 years.
On 25th of January I visited your store to buy a TV. I bought Sony Bravia LED TV which has a code MYSB1245. While purchasing, I was assured that this TV was the latest in the market with the amazing sound and graphical quality. However, when I got home I discovered that not only did the remote control not work but also the picture quality was not the way I was assured. I immediately called your customer service to report the problem and they assured me that the TV will be replaced or fixed in the next two days. I am disappointed to say that I did not receive any help from them since then.
I extremely displeased from the TV’s quality as well as your company’s service. As I am your previous customer and it never happened before. My sincere request will be to either replace the TV or fix it by tomorrow.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Sidra Mahboob
