There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks.
Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter
• describe what the problems are
• explain how these problems are affecting you
• suggest what you would like the company to do
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my concern about the recent challenges with Espanol bus services over these past few weeks. My name is Lilian, and I am a frequent customer of your bus services as I live in Chicago and commute to my office in New York with your bus. Nonetheless, I must commend you for your efforts in training the drivers in light of the fact that they drive safely and obey all the traffic rules as expected.
Unexpectedly, for the first time last week, the bus did not come through at the Chicago bus station and numerous passengers were left stranded after waiting for several hours. Albeit, we assumed that there was probably a maintenance problem with the bus, hence, we had to order taxis and Uber to take us to work while somepeople returned home. This happened the next day, and has somehow become the norm these days. Sadly, some of the passengers do not bother to wait for the bus anymore and are now using alternative buses and modes of transport, not to mention that I can hardly keep up with the high charges of other modes of transport. What is worse still, is that they do not have arrival stations that are located close to my office.
Therefore, I would be very thankful if you could look deeply into the reasons why the bus has suddenly become unreliable and rectify the problems. We would also appreciate that the an alternative bus is sent pending when the issues are resolved.
I look forward to your positive reply.
Yours Faithfully,
Lilian
