The following table illustrates the number of people who visited Ashdown Museum a year before and a year after it’s refurbishment, with the charts providing some information about to what extent the visitors became satisfied during the same two courses.
As can be clearly observed from the pie charts, whereas there was a remarkable climb in the percentage of very satisfied people, by 15% during a year prior refurbishment to 35% after refurbishment, the share of visitors who didn’t respond remained unchanged with 5% in the same two years. Moreover, the proportion of satisfied people experienced a significant rise from 30% to 40% before and after redecoration.
On the other hand, despite the fact that very dissatisfied visitors of the museum were halved from 10% to 5% prior and following the museum was redesigned, dissatisfied visitors’ percentage fell sharply from 40% before refurbishment to 15% after renovation of the museum.
It is clear from the table that 74000 individuals made a visit to the museum before it’s renovation, and so the number of visitors witnessed a significant increase after refurbishment and reached 92000 during the following year.
