Dear Mr. Stone,
I am writing you in regards an advertisement recently published in the internal magazine related to a training course that will be held next month.
I would like to mention that the training is related to how to deal with difficult conversations during commercial discussions. This course is going to be in one of our facilities in the North part of the city and consists in two full day sessions. Dates have not been confirmed yet because depends on the number of participants.
Also, It is important to mention that the course is going to be provided by external consulter company, therefore it represents costs, therefore your approval is needed. I know that the company is passing fro some difficulties in terms of budget on training, therefore I would suggest if the company can pay 100% of this training now and I can commit to reimburse up to 50% of the cost in 6 months from may monthly wage.
Finally, I would comment that I have heard that this coaching session had supported other areas to succeed in their negotiations on both sides internal and external. Since we are analyzing to bring more new customers, I do believe that by having refresh and right negotiations skills would be positioning me in a better situation to succeed in summing negotiations and support the growth strategy defined by our top management. You do not need to worry about my absence during those days, because I will prepare a plan to support you in case any emergency comes, of course, after training I will respond any urgent activity you may have.
