Dear Michel,
I have recently become aware about the online course called Six Sigma Green Belt offered by the KPMG. I am writing to ask you for your support in taking this course. It an eight-days intensive course with two parts. The first part is to acquaint with theory session about the aspects of Six Sigma concept, principle, tools and practical approaches. The second part is about to work on some practical problems come across the real time industries especially mechanical industries and how these six sigma tools could be useful. It starts on Monday 15th March 2021.
I truly believe this course would be beneficial to understand some practical problems occurred in our product and process quality and to focus on root cause analysis. I think six sigma green belt course will help me professionally in my capacity as Mechanical Engineer and make a real difference in the quality of product and processes.
For these reasons, I am requesting paid leave from 15th to 23rd march to attend this course and it would be helpful if another team member did not take leave at the same time. I hope this time will not be busy at work still if you need me just send a mail, I can be available at evenings.
I look forward to hearing from you soon
Best Wishes
Yash Pankaj Mehta
