It is clear that sodium and saturated fat are rich om foods eaten at dinner, while snacks contain a large amount of added sugar. By contrast, breakfast is the most healthy meal with a low percentage of all three types of nutrients.
Looking at the chart in more details, both sodium and saturated fat are mostly provided in evening meal with 43% and more than a third respectively, while the figures of them at lunch are lower, which rank the second with 29% and 26%. In contrast, equal figures of 14% of sodium are consumed in snacks and breakfasts, whereas the former meal is richer in saturated fat than the latter one, with 21 % and 16% respectively.
