The maps below show changes to the ground floor plan of a university department in 2000 and 2015

The two maps illustrate some alternations that took place on the ground floor of a university department during a 15-year period from 2000 to 2015.

It is clear that this department had undergone considerable changes over the given period. Noticeably, there was a construction of some more buildings such as a car park and a library in there.

In 2000, there was the main entrance leading to the main building of this department from the main street. 15 years later, a new car park was constructed on the right side of the main entrance, which did not have anything on both sides originally. To the Northeast of this university department, some trees were planted in 2000, however, these trees later were chopped down to make room for a new building which was used for a library and an IT center.

Between 2000 and 2015, the main department was originally contained three seminar rooms named S1, S1, S3, a library, and an office. Meanwhile, the library was removed, this area was enlarged to make way for two more rooms (S4 and S5). While S4 stayed right next to the S2 room, S5 connected to S3 on the side of the office.
