Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Nguyen Van Tuan. I was an attendee of a meeting held in your hotel yesterday afternoon. I am writing to you to ask you a favor. Please allow me to elaborate on the details of my situation.
Yesterday afternoon, after coming home, I recognized that I left a document in the meeting room. I could not return to the room because I had to fly to Ho Chi Minh city on a prearranged schedule right away. Thus, please ask your staff, who clear the “Van Mieu” meeting room, to find a yellow notebook. It is mine. I placed it on the table of the first seat, from left to right, in the second line of chairs. The notebook contains my personal information, which is crucial for me, and my birth certificate is also clamped inside it. The notebook is easy to identify because it is pretty differentiated from other disposable papers of meeting. I would be grateful if you could collect my objects and keep them until I come back to Hanoi to meet you next week.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
Tuan
