Overall, there are divided into 3 progress which is consisted of cultivated of cacao seed to chemical and biological process, and after all, it turned into the final goods.
Beginning with the cacao seed are planted in South America, Africa, and Indonesia when ripe cocoa beans are recognized by red ripe beans, it then harvested in indigenous of these countries, and the oval-shaped pods are its skin removed. During the beans fermented, it laid out on a large tray on the outside that basked into the sunlight.
In next the process, after being drying, these beans are put into large sacks and moving into the factory by train or lorry. In the factory, undergoing a roasted in the certain degrees of beans, after which are taken into the cylindrical grinder and crushed into a flat, put off outer shells. Lastly, the inner part goes through a press with 2 rollers where it is made into liquid chocolate that are preparing for the market.
