Overall, The proportion of old employees in 4 countries decreased and women were less than men.
First of all, the USA was the nation that had the highest percentage of old people still did their work at 86% in men and 78% in women in 1970 before declining to 78 % and 45% respectively in 2000. Secondly, the figure for people who 60-64 worked in Indonesia made up 84% men and 65% female, while this number fell by 10% at men and 15% at women in the next 30 years. Thirdly, male workers at the age 60-64 were higher than female workers who had the same age by 10% in 1970, then Japan witnessed a huge chance, which the percentage in two genders decreased to 63% and 47% respectively. Lastly, similarly like 3 countries, there was a downward in the percentage of workers in Belgium, who age 60-64 from 79% to 52% in men and turned down significantly from 63% to 8% in 2000.
