The diagrams below show changes in Felixstone in the UK between 1967 and 2001.
The pictures illustrate many alterations in Felixstone in the UK from 1967 to 2001
Overall, several shifts took place throughout a 34-year period, largely were for tourism with the addition of accommodation and beaches along with the removal of previous infrastructure
In 1967, two lines of shop were situated between a golf course and a farmland. To the south, a western fish market was located opposite the farmland and in the northeast of a marina and a pier. On the west side of the map, dunes formed right next to a hotel which was adjacent to a café.
In 2001, farmland was removed to make way for a new area which consisted of a hotel to the right, a swimming pool to the left, and two tennis courts to the south. Beaches were constructed and separated into public and private sectors, replacing the fish market, marina and pier. Also, wind turbines were placed along the beachfront and a new car park was built on the left-hand side of the hotel.
