The table below gives information about the problems faced by children in two primary schools in 2005 and 2015.
The table displays the proportion of various difficulties children faced in two elementary schools between 2005 and 2015.
In general, more students faced setbacks in school A than B in the initial year. However, the number in school A surged eventually, while those in school B experienced the reverse.
In 2005, the top issue faced by students in school A was following instructions which accounted for 42%, while the biggest setback in school B was Concentration in Lessons, which made up for 15% of total children. The least common problem for students in school A was reading ability, encountered by only 22%, while only one in ten students in school B underwent the same condition.
In 2015, an improvement was seen in students who had Following Instruction issues in school A by nearly half decrease in the ratio, becoming the least popular setback. While the top issue in school B remained unchanged, a double increase in students is seen in those who had Spelling and Following Instruction problems. Handwriting, although showing no changes, became the major problem in school A at the end of the period.
