WRITING TASK 1 IELTS BAR CHART
The bar chart illustrates how the intermediate real estate payment changed in fived various cities over the world from 1990 to 2002 measured with the changed in 1989.
It can be seen from the chart that Frankfurt (Germany) had the higher change between 1990 and 1995 while London (UK) had the percentage of prices higher than the other countries from 1996 to 2002. In addition, the house's cost in London (UK) witnessed the most significant change in comparison to the other four cities in four different countries.
According to the chart, during in the 1990-1995 there was a significant decreased in three cities: -5% for New York (USA), around -6% for Tokyo (Japan) and approximately -6% for London (UK). Whereas, Madrid (Spain) and Frankfurt (Germany) increased slightly, at about 1% and 1.5%.
In the next period was 1996-2002 saw Tokyo (Japan) had minimal increase at -5% in comparison to the 1990-1995 period. Whereas, decreased remarkably in compared with 1989 prices. Beside that in Frankfurt (Germany) went down slowly by 1%. There was a slight difference in the other three countries. In New York (USA) increased substantially by 5%, in Madrid (Spain) went up mildly around 4%. Specially, London (UK) had the dramatical growth around 11%.
