The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.

The first diagram illustrates the steps and tools used in manufacturing cement and the second diagram shows how to make concrete for construction purposes. Overall, it is clear that there are 5 stages to producing cement with limestones and clay as the main components. While it requires 2 steps to create concrete, including 4 ingredients: cement, sand, water, and gravel.
Looking at the first diagram, the cement-making process starts with crushing limestone and clay to form a powder. Then, the powder is mixed before being passed to the rotating heater to be heated at a high temperature. Next, the mixture is ground to produce cement. Finally, the finished cement is packaged into large bags.
Turning to the second diagram, to commence the concrete production, 15% of the cement, 10% of the water, a quarter of the sand, and half of gravel are put into a concrete mixer. After that, the concrete mixer will rotate to mix the elements together in order to produce concrete which is utilized for various construction purposes.
