Overall, Algerian property prices have declined, while China's has the opposite. The percentage of property prices in Argentina fluctuated.
To begin with, Algeria’s average property prices were the highest in three countries with 6.0% and the percentage of China was 2.0% which was the lowest prices in 2007. In the next two years 2009, Algeria's percentage of prices had a dramatically decline to approximately 3%, and the property prices of China became the highest value to over 5.0%. In 2010, the proportion of Algeria had a stable trend with 3.0%. China was continue high property by increasing triple to 6.0% during the period time.
In contrast, the calculations for Argentina were recognized at the outset as 3.0%. It was significant growth to nearly 5,0% in the following year. The whole country's prices, however, dropped enormously by 4.0% in 2009, and then slightly increased again to over 2.0% in 2010.
