The comparison illustrated in the table showing the variation in percentage of students attending four different scools during 2000 and 2009.
From an overall analysis of the table, it clearly shows the downgrade in percentage of students attending the three schools; specialist, grammar and voluntary-controlled schools. On the other hand, a noticeable rise in the percentage of pupils attending the Community school in the same period of time, from 2000 till 2009.
In the exact starting year of the second millennium, the voluntary-controlled school aquired the highest percentage of attending pupils by more than fifty percent “52% to be scpecific”, but this percentage kept degrading to 38% in 2005 and ended at only 20% at 2009. The Grammar school didn’t pass the 25% of students over the three years shown in the table, as well as, the specialists school; However, the grammar school got the higher percentage of pupils between the two schools.
With a remarkable increase in attendance, the community school had only 12% of attending pupils in the year of 2000. This percentage has risen to 32 in 2005, but reached its peak in 2009 by fifty eight percent to be the highest percentage of attendance between the four schools over the three years shown in the table.
