Two bar charts are presented with data about the performance of bus company over 5 years (1999-2003). The first bar chart is used to show shortcoming of the bus service on terms of punctuality, and the second is used to show the number of complains by the passenger.
The bus service company were only able to surpass their target in year 2003. Year 2000 was the worst year as the difference between the target and actual service was highest. In other years the difference between actual and target was not more than 2%.
There was a gradual increase in number of complains made by the passenger, with only exception in year 2001, which had fewer complains compared to previous year. Maximum complain happen in year 2003 (120) and minimum in year 1999 (70). Approx number of complain made by the passenger is coming to be 95.
The most ironic thing is that even though the bus company is able to surpass its target in year 2003, it remain the year with maximum complain.
