Hope this letter finds you hale and hearty. I am writing in reference to inform you that I will not be able to go on holiday to Singapore next week. Let me explain the reason.
As you aware that we have planned this trip for some time and travelling to Singapore for vacation had always been on my mind as it is one of the alluring tourist destinations with beautiful gardens and mesmerizing beaches. Additionally, your friendly company would have made this a memorable trip. To elucidate the reason for the change in plan has been due to recent structural changes in my company which led to high attrition rate which consequently has contributed to additional work pressure, therefore, I need to reschedule my holiday plan for a couple of months.
Alternatively, I would suggest planning a long vacation towards the end of June as it would be the best time to visit Singapore moreover by then the company would also have filled in replacements. Let me know what you think.
