The total income decreased dramatically from 29,000£ in 2010 to 25,000£ in 2013. Despite the decline in total income, there was a slightly increase in the expenditure on food and clothes, from 14,000£ in 2010 to 15,000£ in 2013.
For specific, people spent more on fruits and vegetables in 2013 than in 2010 , from 20% to over a third of total income. In the same trend, spending on dairy products rose marginally about 5% after three years. Meanwhile, the percentage of spending on clothes as well as meat and fish fell rapidly in 2013 and stayed at minor percentage, 12% and 15% respectively. The rate of other food and drinks remained at 18% in both years.
