The impact of extreme adventure sports, which was always debatable, has now become more controversial. The substantial influence of sports such as river rafting or skydiving has provoked a contention over the potential impact of this trend on physical injuries. It can be agreed by a few people that extreme sports have some positive impacts, but others claim that it has some negative impacts as well. This essay will elaborate that if we can keep strong safety measures, then these sports can be a thrilling and a life changing experience and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

To begin with, there are numerous reasons why extreme sports such as skiing and bungee jumping can be beneficial for individuals, but the most conspicuous one stems from the fact that these games can be immensely joyous as well as build confidence. For example, folks who participate in adventure sports can be seen as very happy and confident in their daily lives. Hence, confidence and happiness can play a vital role in playing such adventurous sports

On the other hand, some people adopt an opposing view and tend to consider that these audacious sports can result in tremendous physical injuries and sometimes even death. To illustrate, several people have lost their lives and broken their bones while participating in bungee jumping or sky diving. Therefore, physical injuries and death can play a vital role in extreme adventure sports.

From what has been discussed above, it can be concluded that, while there are several benefits of extreme adventure sports, but there are unexpected results as well, that should be well handled.
