write a letter to your senior professor at university regarding the change of course
-write which course you are pursuing currently
-explain why you want to change
-explain to which course you want to change
Dear Mr.Sharma,
I'm writing to let you know that i want to change my course in which i'm enrolled in my college now.
Currently enrolled in computer science and engineering course, I would like to change to a new one. Kindly inform me if this would be possible. I heard that the last date for the change of course is 5th of june which is only six days from now and my friends were discussing that beyond this date it is difficult to change the course.
The course has subjects like object oriented programming and web technology which is mostly programming oriented. I find programming to be very tough. In addition to this, the computer architecture subject is also very difficult to understand as it is a theoretical one.
The civil engineering course has no programming lessons and consists of many practical subjects such as engineering graphics and construction oriented projection. Consequently, this course will be more interesting when compared with computer subjects. And hence, I request you to change my course and provide with the procedure that has to be carried out for changing the course.
I apologise for any inconvenience this many cause to you and look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Gayathri Mohandas.
