On a recent holiday, you lost a valuabel item. Fortunately you have travel insurance to cover the cost of the lost item.
Write a letter to the insurance manager. In your letter:
describe the item you lost
explain how you lost it
tell the insurance company what you would like them to do
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am one of your longest customer, writing to you in regards with the claim, for the loss of my valuable item during my recent holiday in Miami tour.
I had a diamond ring that comprises of platinum ring area with a 22 carot single stone diamond studed in centre. The total weigh of the ring is 5grams in which the diamond is about 1 gram. At this point you can roughly estimate the value of the ring at current market price. I had safely packed in a safe box and placed it in the middle of my hand suitcase. The ring was a gift I was waiting to present to my beloved on the 5th anniversary day.
I was stepped out of the cab, removed all items and entered inside the lobby of the Meridian hotel on 25th day of March 2020 around 13hours. As there was bit of a que situation to check-in key collection counter I sat on the lobby visitors gallery holding the suitcase on my lap. After around 30 minutes of wait I had my turn to receive the keys to my room where I clearly remember of holding the suitacase intact. When I reached the room I was anxious to see the ring, but unfortunately when I opened the suitcase I found the box that I had secured the ring was open. I was unable to see any ring inside.
I request you to help with the claim process. As I had bought the ring with the Insurance against lost prevention, I am hoping that I will be covered for the complete value of my precious item. It would be highly appreciated If you could take immediate action on this matter.
I will be waiting to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Norman.
