You have recently bought a Wi-Fi router from an online shop. The web page said that the router would be setup to connect to the internet automatically, but so far you have not been able to get a connection.
Write an e-mail to the online shop. In your e-mail:
say who you are
explain the problem
say what action you would like the shop to take
Dear Sir and Madam,
I am writing to ask about the problem with the Wi-Fi router. One week ago, I purchased a Wi-Fi router from your online shop, yet the products suddenly stopped working. I really need to use the internet now to study online courses for my college. I am hoping it will use as soon as possible.
The TP-Link AC1211 Dual Band Wireless Wi-Fi Router that I purchased from your shop. I cannot find out the reason why it is not to function, but I tried other similar routers that I borrowed from my friends and it worked.
I am a full-time international student now. Due to COVID-19, I have to study online courses at home on weekdays, so that I need a good internet connection and a higher quality of wireless to study. As you can see, I am totally dependent on this equipment to get connected to the internet, so I need to get a new router or fixed this router immediately. I am hoping you send me a new one or repair this one within the next three days. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear your reply soon.
Yours faithfully,
Emma Williams
