Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Some people argue that for betterment of education system, universities should fund their money on physical facilities rather than wasting money on the stipend of lecturer. They cite that library, cafeteria, dinning halls, dome rooms and computer center should be improve to proliferate the quality of academic institute. However, I strongly disagree with these people and believe that to enhancement the standard of education, universities should invest on the salaries for professors for following two reasons.
To commence, the academic organization should fund their money on salaries of their lecturer for giving quality academic because it contributes the professor to inspire themselves from inner heart and emit out their enthusiasm to teach their pupils in better way. To illustrate my own experience, when I was in university, one of my professors was so lethargic and indolent that he slept in classroom and always blame the universities for paying him low money. Nonetheless as the universities brings polices to mounting the salaries of instructors he was so euphoric and optimistic that he teach us so good that almost all students got full marks in his subject including mine also. It is important to motivate the professor and make them enthusiastic because it helps to fulfil their basic needs and make them fresh and their financial crisis would not hinder the quality of education of institute. Thus, the colleges should pay high amount of to ballooning the quality of education.
Furthermore, increasing the stipend of professor for bringing sanguine in education of students helps to attract the youngsters to choose their career as professor. For example, the study of University of Chicago depicts that 99% of young people are attention towards profession where there is high-paid salary and it would be great chance for young generation people to became as qualified professor in future so that many more high-skilled produced in up coming generations. It is crucial to devotion of youngsters to choose their career as lecturer because if they become best educator, then the quality of academic system would be blooming in the near future. Therefore, profuse salary of professor would enhance the standard of education.
To sum up, whether the boosting in the salary of the university professor accelerate the quality of education is complex. Some suggested that for enhancing the education, instead of increasing the stipend of instructor, it should be spend on physical facilities of universities. Nevertheless, I still contend that for betterment of education, universities should bourgeoning the salary of lecturer and that inspires professor to teach their pupils and mesmerize the young people to choose the career as professor.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
