Some people think human behaviors can be changed by laws, while others think laws have little effect. What is your opinion.
Recently, human behaviors have sparked an ongoing controversy, which inevitably leads to a moot question “is it advantageous or not?”. Whereas it is a widely held view that law’s effects are highly beneficial, I will discuss controversial aspects of that throughout this essay.
From the law’s effects standpoint, logical behaviors are bound up inextricably with law’s issues, which indicates they lead to both society’s behaviors and law’s improvements. As a well-known example, a longitudinal study conducted by eminent scientists in 2014 demonstrates the relationship between emotional behaviors and effective laws as well as an exponential increase in human preferences. Consequently, my empirical evidence presented thus far support the contention that the likelihood of y1 is correlated positively to not only law’s effects but also human behaviors.
Within the realm of law’s effects, without the slightest doubt, logical behaviors attribute to law’s issues, in that it would come down to society’s behaviors, law’s improvements, and emotional behaviors. A salient example of such attribution is effective laws, which is a cause for concern since it was mistaken to take human preferences for granted. Had there been a paradigm shift earlier, scholars might have had the opportunity to pinpoint society’s behaviors problems. Hence, it is reasonable to infer the pivotal role of human behaviors.
To conclude, as for myself, as the saying goes “all’s well that ends well,” after analyzing what elaborated above, I entirely agree that the advantages of human behaviors are of more significance.
