The bar chart provides information about the rate of years that students spent at school. while, the pie charts illustrate how the level of education was raised in Singapore between 2000 and 2010.

Overall, education is essential in Singapore so, throughout the whole period the students stayed many years in school. However, at the end of the period found there was an increase in the number of years for both males and females. Also, found the students reached higher qualifications throughout the whole period.

According to the data provided, we can notice in 2000 the males stayed at school slightly higher than women. Throughout the whole period, the number of staying at school for the males was increased until reached almost 12 years. While, the figure for the woman remained unchanged until 2008 and then rose to 8.9 years in 2010.

According to the pie charts, in 2000 the level of education for students in secondary school and primary school reached 27%. However, just over a third of students attended high school. While, after 10 years the level of education became higher so about 33% of students decided to go to university and study master's degree
