The maps illustrates the result of tourism facilities construction on an island in the middle of a sea compared to the condition before construction.
Prior to the construction, there were nothing on the island but a beach and some palm trees. The beach is located on the west side on the island, and palm trees are found approximately at 30 and 200 metres away from beach.
The development has changed the island dramatically in every parts of it. The beach is made to be a swimming area, and given a footpath to the accommodation lodges around the palm trees. The footpath is connected to the vehicle track on the middle of island, which surrounds receptionist building, and makes path to the restaurant on the north side and pier on the south side. On the further east side of vehicle track, there is another a complex of accommodation lodges connected with footpath, however, it does not connect to the central vehicle track. The lodges are located just on the left side of the palm tree forest.
