Some students have rented the apartment next to yours. Their parties are upsetting you, your family and other tenants.
Dear Sir/Madame, good afternoon
By this letter, I would request your actions on the following issue. A couple of students have dwelled close to our apartment two weeks ago. They produce a lot of noise behind permanent parties which they organize almost every evening. I was trying to negotiate the problem directly to them but faced to impolite behavior from their side.
Above all, these parties disturb me and my relatives such as wife and children because we cannot sleep well while loud music plays or somebody cries. Furthermost, I fill tired after that and get upset in terms of low productivity on the job. Moreover, my eldest son is going to have an exam at school, but a loud sound influences to him negatively. He is not able to concentrate effectively and I worry of a result he will show on an exam.
In those reasons, I would like to ask your help to investigate the problem more thoroughly and proceed with respective actions to reduce the parties. Unless I would complain to the police department directly if the situation does not change.
I am looking forward to your prompt response and truly believe in your further collaboration.
Yours faithfully,
Maxim Azmuka
