Dear Mr. Levi
As you know, recently, move into our department a new colleague, and I want to complain about him. You put him as supervisor on me and my team, I think this decision is mistake and i would like it change immediately.
I think this position of supervisor defiantly unneccessary cause ,my team and I are very professions and can work good without this colleague.
The main problem with him that he can not understand deeply the needs of our work and the complexity of our jobs at the department. He is not profession at computer science and it can take time till he learn al the materials, In a meanwhile he behave very aggressive for the member's team cause he feel does not enough good.
I have asked from him several times to get him stop, I am also explain him the situation that he need to let us do our tasks as we know during long time. He realized the situation and even apologized and promised being less pushy, but it is repeat again almost every day.
I want to suggest moving him to different position in our company, it will decrease the stress between the member's team and increase the efficiency of the work.
