Dear Mr. Singh,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the various problems that is being faced by me in the house rented by you.
First, the roof of the drawing room leaks during the rainy weather. Owing to this, a lot of water gets clogged on the floor and all the stuff that is kept in the room such as sofa set and wooden table becomes wet. Second, the glass of one of the windows of the main hall is broken because of which there is a risk to theft as well as chances of injury.
When I rented this house, I was promised a hassle free service. However, so far, this has not happened. Therefore, I would suggest you to solve the above problems on an urgent basis because it is impossible to live in the above circumstances. I am ready to lend the keys to you for 3 or 4 days.
I am highly disappointed and frustrated because of the problems. If these problems still persist, I must say I would need to get the refund of my money and shift to new premises.
I look forward to a prompt reply and urgent action on the above problems.
Yours sincerely,
Abhishek Tyagi
