Dear Sir or Madam,
My two friends and I stay in one of your houses and I am writing to let you know that we are facing some problems in that house. Our rent was recently increased and, as we are all students it is difficult for us to pay. The house is perfectly suited for us; however, it requires some renovation.
Let me explain the problems in detail. The front gate of the house is not closing properly, which makes the house less secure. In bath rooms’ pipes, the water flow is less for the past week due to the sediment of dust in the water tank. To get enough water supplies, the water tank needs to be cleaned well. As well as, the rent is not affordable to us from last month. I hope you will consider our problems favorably.
Would you kindly allow us to share the spare room with another student? If you could accept this, the rent will be afforded to all four of us. Also, we will be grateful if you could fix the house problems as soon as possible.
