Dear Manager,
I have recently visited one of your store supermarket at kavuri hills, Hyderabad on 27th February, 2020 and have purchased few items in your store. I have bought items in your store like eggs, water bottles, detergents, sugar, biscuits only and made a payment through bank credit card.
After the purchased i went back to my home and was busy with my kids on regular duty and after some time i opened the bill and found the error in the bill which was made by your team member in the supermarket counter bill, the counter spoc have charged me extra money on the items which i haven’t purchased in your supermarket.
Once i have gone through the bill, i was surprised by seeing the extra deducted amount of Rs. 1200/- which i felt bad by seeing the difference amount, as far i know your supermarket is one of the well known famous in the city and how could such error can happen, i believe this type of mistakes will leads to loss of trust in your business.
Hope, you will check and regulate the bill no. (10298789) and refund my deducted amount of Rs. 1200/-.Please do the needful and looking forward for your reply and refund.
Yours faithfully,
Likhitha
