The best way for a country to prepare for the future is to invest more resources in the young people. Do you agree or disagree?
Recent years have witnessed that the most effective method for authority to build up a better future is by allocating its resources for the young. From my perspective, I completely agree with this view because of the tremendous benefits.
To begin with, it is vital to recognize that young people enhance motivation behind a country's development. When a nation directs its resources towards its young generation by investing in education, healthcare, and social programs that kicks off the younger with the skills and knowledge required. Consequently, the government would produce the high-quality workforce for its growth. In addition, the young people would play pivotal role as governor of country so the learning environment invested for them would create faithful leaders to lead in an ever-evolving world. For example, in developed countries, those leaders who graduated from high-value universities are less corrupt and more positive thinkers and contribute excellence.
Furthermore, investing in young people promotes social cohesion and stability. By providing quality education and accessible healthcare, a nation ensures that its youth are healthier, better informed, and less tend to engage in criminal activities or extremist ideologies. As a result, there would be lower crime rates, stronger community bonds, and a more harmonious society. In addition, this investment ensures that the workforce remains competitive, capable of contributing to technological advancements and adapting to the changing economic landscape. Countries like Finland exemplify the success of such an initiative, as it has led to their exceptional educational outcomes and a competitive edge in the global economy.
Overall, investing in young people not only secures a nation's economic future but also fosters social harmony. Therefore, it is imperative for countries to prioritize the allocation of resources towards the development and well-being of their young population.
