Many people consider regions as the prime factor to be taken in account. whereas, it is asserted by others that in comparison with salary , there are other factors which overpower a person's earning while selecting occupation. in my opinion both the given views have their own significance while pursuing a job.
To begin with , for fulfillment of daily prerequisites it becomes essential for a person to select jobs according to salary factor. There are several hierarchical needs a person has and a dream of accomplishing them ;however, salary in such case plays an significant role. while performing in a particular field a person's earning becomes a motivating consent and in eager to earn more individuals perform more productively. Income matters predominantly in one's life and works as a reward for working hard with full enthusiasm . to cite an example , many industrial employers set targets for workers and award extra wages for breaking that potential target ,thus in such a way it motivates a person to perform well.
However, there are numerous other reasons which people take in concern before joining an occupation firstly they look after jobs which require good working environment and supporting authorities. These two aspects are vital for an individual to look after before choosing certain jobs. Secondly evaluating background of such companies is also pivotal to acknowledge. As getting appointed to companies which are trapped in debts can cause detrimental effects on a person's professional life. Finally reputation of an firm in the market also matters a lot and one must think about such things with sound mind.
To terminate all elements are required to be evaluated before opting any profession and the solitary view on salary must not be observed , wide approach should be opted while taking such an crucial decision.
