Dear Sir\ Madam,
I am writing this letter to you in regards to the next month's school trip to Cairo. I would like to register for this trip.
I have been working as a tourist guide since 2016, so I have been to many cities, and I had visited Cairo twice last year. In turn, I have enough experience to guide the pupils. Moreover, I am pretty trained to give them a historical tour of the monuments.
In addition to this, I am a certified basic life support rescuer, which is vital for any emergency during the journey. So I hope my request will be accepted and I would appreciate if you provide me with a few details about the excursion. I want to know if there are any additional charges for parents. Also, the accommodation and meals if it will be provided to parents or not.
