Music

Essay topics:

Music

Music has fantastic vibes that make people calm. It provides that listening to music can diminish anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, and memory. People listen to music for the reasons below.
Fundamentally, not only is it clear that music causes palliation, but also most of the people use it for patients. For instance, in the past, there was a guy who had a mental problem, and suddenly he went into shock and started to scream. After a while, the doctor figured out his favorite music from his childhood, and whenever he got angry, they played the music and he calmed down. The doctors were astonished that Musik had done something that dozens of other doctors could not do.
Whereas, whenever people are in a blue mood, they come to music. It is not important how your mood makes you smooth. People listen to music during the work, during the cook, during the study, notably when you are not in mood.    For instance, some time ago, it was fashionable for people to post, “Please inject music into my veins.” Music has the ability to deeply affect our mental states and raise our mood. When we need it, music gives us energy and motivation. When we’re worried, it can soothe us; when we’re weary, it can encourage us; and when we’re feeling deflated, it can re-inspire us. Music has also been linked to dopamine release, which is involved in regulating mood and craving behavior, which seems to predict music’s ability to bring us pleasure.
All in all, all of us know that music is a part of our lives. Its not important that what is your mood just you listen to it whether you understand each single of music or not. i suggest that always listen to music, it helps you to continue your life.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
