Young People enjoy life more than older people do
No matter how old we are, we can probably find something enjoyable in our life. In my opinion, young adults have more ability to enjoy their life than older people. I feel this way for two reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, young adults have more time to enjoy their life than older people. They do not have a lot of responsibilities like adults do. For Instance, as young people I do not have many burdens in my life, such as taking care of a family or a home, nor do I have a lot of work to do at an office. These are things that older people do. I have less responsibilities than my parents, so I can spend my life doing fun things such as playing games with my friends, going to the beach, and taking vacations. Moreover, I do not have to work to earn money or save money for future which are two more things that older people do. I do not have to invest money in property, stocks, or golds like older people usually do. However, if my parents want to choose movies, foods, or recreation places, they will prioritize their children's desires. They have a limited ability to enjoy their own preferences. Sometimes, they will forget about their own desires and prioritize their children’s needs.
Secondly, young adults have more energy to do activities than older people. Their bodies still can support their strenuous activities, such as playing football, basketball, and badminton, which are sports that older people may not be able to do. These activities require much energy and healthy bodies. For instance, my father who is above fifty years old is not able to play football anymore. His body has less ability to play this sport. In addition, he tends to get tired early because his energy quickly drop after several minutes. On the other hand, when he was a student, he could played football at night without feeling exhausted. He could spend many hours competing with his friends.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that young people can enjoy their life more than the elderly. This is because they do not have a lot of responsibilities like older people, and they have more energy.
