Dear Mr. Smith,
I am Keith Roy, your new neighbour. Me and my wife moved in last week along with our son. Sorry for not being able to introduce ourselfs' earlier.
We have arranged a small house warming party for our family and close friends on the 5th of this month. I would like to apologise in advance for any inconvience caused on the day of the party. We will be having approximately 25 guests, who will start coming from 8pm and leave by midnight.
Their would be music and games for their entertainment. This may result in some noise. In that case, please feel free to ring my bell at any given time if its causing disturbance to you and your family.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your family to join us in our party for some snacks and drinks. So that, we can get to know each other and start a new friendship.
Looking forward to meeting you.
Yours sincerely,
Keith Roy.
