The given line graph compares the percentage of young unemployment who living in England during the period from 1993 to 2012.
It is clear that the total number of four groups in England rose significantly, while the figures for the aged 16-24 London and aged 16-24 rest of England increased higher than the overall London and Overall rest of England. Also, the number of aged 16-24 London was the highest and the lowest was the overall rest of England during the period.
In 1993, the percentage of aged 16-24 London stood at 22% higher than aged 16-24 rest of England by 5%. This number declined gradually to approximately 15% and 11% of the aged 16-24 London and aged 16-24 rest of England respectively until 2002 before that the rate recovered jumping back up to 25% of the aged 16-24 London which was higher than the aged 16-24 rest of England by 5% in 2012.
According to the graph, at 14% of the overall London was higher than the overall rest of England by 4% in 1993. The percentage of both two groups decreased moderately until 2005. After that, the number of overall London and the overall rest of England rose dramatically to approximately 9% in 2012.
