The bar graph shows percentage growth in average property prices in three different countries between 2007 and 2010.
The bar chart compares the proportion of changes in average real estate values in Algeria, China and Argentina from 2007 to 2010.
Overall, it is noticeable that Algeria witnessed steady decline throughout the period, whereas China's values grew enormously and Argentina had instability during the same period.
In terms of details, the figures in China doubled between the first two years of the period, from initial of 2% to just over 4% in 2008, and then it followed by a sharp rise, levelling off above 6 per cent in 2010. Algeria's growth of property price comprised about 6% in 2007, however, it then gradually fell by 1.5% until the end of a period, accounting for only about a percent eventually.
According to the Argentina's percentage, conversely, there was recorded a pattern of rise and tumble. After reaching its own peak at 5% in 2008, the average rate of real estate plunged to almost 1 per cent in the next year. Lastly, the proportion of growth recovered to approximately 2.5% in 2010.
