You are a member of an organization which meets regularly at particular restaurant the most recent meal you had that was not satisfactory, and you were very disappointed with the quality of food and behavior of staff.
Write a letter to a manager of the restaurant. Explain what was wrong with the meal and service and suggest what he/she should do to ensure that you and your group returned to the restaurant.
Begin your letter as follows,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Dear sir/Madam,
Last Sunday I came with organization’s people with whom I attached or say member of it to your restaurant for meal. Since last two years we had come to this place for get to gather which arranged every two months. Though this restaurant is very well known for its food quality, management and humble staff but this time we are very disappointed with food quality and staff behavior of your restaurant.
Let’s tell you from the beginning, we about 20 people came for the meal around 1’o clock. Well its recess time for the people who works in offices, so there were many other people. We were waited for 20 minutes for our turn; lastly we got our table and settled. We had chosen our meal and ordered accordingly. Though we got our order in very less time and started to eat our meal, but while I took my first bite I felt it smelled very badly and found it is not fresh. I called manager and told him about it but he was not cooperating with us and makes the argument. But he was not responding properly and also staff of your restaurant. At last we left restaurant without taking our meal.
That’s why I need to write this letter to you about this incidence because you have right to know. To run restaurant you have to understand customers’ need and what kind of services they should wanted. I am writing this with hope that after receiving this letter you must try to improve services as well as staff of your restaurant. I am eager to come again at your restaurant.
Thanks,
Yours Faithfully,
Avani
