It is difficult for people in the cities to get enough physical exercise. What are the causes and solutions?
In comparison to people in the previous time, many city dwellers nowadays lead a sedentary lifestyle and thus they find it challenging to perform any physical exercises on a regular basis. This might be the results of some root causes and some solutions should be proposed to alleviate this problem.
Regarding the causes of this issue, workplace commitment is one to take consideration into. Many adults have been struggling with their life for years finding a way to make a living by devoting all of their time to working. This means that they are less likely to have time for any physical activities including doing exercises. Furthermore, it is true that several high school or university students have a preference for a sedentary lifestyle, which is a result of the state-of-the-art technology, especially online games or social network. Such virtual activities are considered to be highly addictive when exposing in a long time and could lead to some serious damage to their eyes.
Looking at the solutions, governing bodies should really implement new regulations relating to adjusted working hours for certain kinds of people. By doing so, more time can be spent on leisure activities particularly playing sports, lifting weights, or even just doing some 45-minute fat-blasting total body workouts. Some information technology corporations, indeed, have recently introduced their applications to support people in doing these activities. This way, anyone who uses such applications could be better aware of the significance of developing a habit of regular workout.
To summarize, there certainly are a number of reasons leading to the way of life of many citizens such as work-related duties or the downside of modern technology. However, efforts can be taken by both the IT companies and people themselves in order to promote the healthy habit.
