I am writing to complain about rubbish collection procedure in our area, which has not been done correctly for several months.
Since particular advertisement has been announced at TV about collecting garbage at 9:00 pm, all individuals in our neighborhood put them out before the mentioned time. Although the trashes are filled, they are not unloaded every night. In addition, the garbage was not vacuumed accurately and I have found some rubbish around the trash. Therefore disgusting smell spreads around which is annoying for all residents. Moreover, several feral cats and dogs are attracted that may injure our kids or hurt them.
I ask you to register some intense rules about gathering rubbish in our street and employ some qualified labor to perform it correctly. They should be noticed that this work in related to people's health and should be done carefully.
