Lastly, I visited the bank last week and was not intimated about any unusual activities, whereas the letter mentions an overdraw of $240, which is a huge amount to spend in such a short span of time.
Therefore, I would like the bank to reverse the charges immediately, in addition to issuing an apology letter for the inconvenience caused. Such mistakes are considered highly unprofessional, yet I hope the same is not repeated in future.
