You travelled by plane last week and your luggage was lost. You have still heard nothing from the airline company. Write to the airlines about:
--Explain what happened.
--Describe your luggage and
--Tell them what was in it.
--Find out what they are going to do about it.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to have your attention on the loss of my luggage while travelling with your airlines. It is disappointing that even ten days after the incident the issue has not been taken seriously and I haven't known about its whereabouts. I would request you to prompt an action into the incidence and inform about the progress made in its search.
On last thursday may 25, 2019 I boarded A215 Airbus of your Singapore airlines in Paris for Moscow and I took another connecting flight on the same airlines to brisbane. Fortunately, I had my passport in my hand baggage but all other documents including my university transcripts and diplomas were in the suitcase which went missing. The suitcase was black in colour and from the popular Don brand. I checked in my luggage at the Hilton Airport at the start of my journey and I was informed that they will be transferred to the next flight automatically and I didn't need to intervene, which is usual for passengers flying by the same carrier. however, they could not return my luggage on my arrival at Brisbane airport.
I have lodged a complaint to which I was assured that an investigation would be launched soon and they would be able to return my belonging by no later than may 30. however, till date there has been no response.
I would therefore, be grateful if could intervene and provide me with updates about how far they have made progress in the investigation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Ram
