You recently visited a theatre and had an accident there. The staff were very helpful. Write a letter to the manager giving good feedback.
In your letter, you should tell:
– and describe the accident
– how the staff helped you
– how similar situations could be prevented in the future.
Dear Sir,
My name is Valli, and I am writing to convey my appreciation and feedback about one of your staffs concerning his invaluable help.
To elaborate on the situation, I came for a movie along with my friends on Saturday for a noon-show. Due to rain, the pathway was quite slippery so I lost control and fell, luckily was not injured much. I got embarrassed and barely was not on a situation to walk due to sparse pain.
Immediately, one of your service people arrived and supported me. Besides, he served me with a towel to clean myself and some coffee to make me calm and relax. Then, I conveyed my regards to him and left home. But I still, wish to show my gratitude by providing feedback about such a generous person to you.
However, during rainy seasons since the theatre floor tiles were white and shiny, it won't be much visible if the water spilt over it. So please make sure to keep the floor dry and add some caution boards to avoid such happenings.
I hope you would consider the aforementioned concerns and convey my feedback to appropriate staff.
Regards,
Valli
