Altogether, there will be more spots in the new town center. besides, some location will undergo demolition and also replacement.
Presently, the town center has huge housing in the middle and south. Furthermore, there's the main road which runs from west to east and has shops along with it on either side. Moreover, there is a school and an enormous park which are connected to the main road by two divergences in the west and east respectively. Further, there is the countryside beyond the main road.
According to the plan, a huge dual carriageway will be constructed with the removal of the countryside and chunk of park. In addition, a pedestrians-only pathway replaces the main road and have old shops alongside. However, old shops which were situated in the north of the previous main road are replaced by a bus station, a big shopping center, a car park, and new housing. similarly, the former housing got split into two sections and a new housing right beside the park. though, the school and park are kept at the same spot.
